Raiza Basilio is Vice President of Homeland Security at US AI where she leads the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) portfolio and drives adoption of Intelligent Computing and Agentic Cyber Intelligence & Defense (ACID) across DHS and its components. With more than 15 years of experience in government contracting, cybersecurity, AI, and digital modernization, Raiza partners with federal leaders to align next-generation technology with mission-critical national security priorities.

Before joining US AI, Raiza served as Vice President for the Citizen Service & Defense portfolio at Steampunk, where she led IT modernization programs that improved mission delivery for both defense and civilian agencies. Previously, she held leadership roles at IBM Technology, overseeing cybersecurity, data science, emerging technology, and large-scale business transformation initiatives across the federal sector.
