Matthew Coughlin
Director of Solutions
Matt Coughlin is Director of Solutions at US AI, where he leads customer implementation strategy and deployment initiatives for AI-driven enterprise solutions. He oversees implementation team development, supports technical product deployments, and collaborates with sales and engineering teams to drive customer adoption and operational success across enterprise and federal environments.
Prior to his current role, Matt served as a Project Manager and Information System Security Officer (ISSO), managing Agile teams, facilitating client-facing Human-Centered Design sessions, and supporting deployments for organizations including the U.S. Department of State, Department of Homeland Security, and General Services Administration. He also led cybersecurity compliance initiatives aligned with NIST 800-53 and FedRAMP High standards.
Matt holds a Master’s degree in Business Analytics from American University. His background across AI implementation, cybersecurity, analytics, and operational strategy enables him to bridge technical execution with business outcomes in highly regulated and complex environments.
