Christine Calvosa

Program Director

Christine is a results-driven cyber and technology leader with over 20 years of experience spearheading IT modernization, cybersecurity initiatives, and digital transformation across federal agencies and global financial institutions. Currently serving as a Program Director for US AI, she leads the strategic implementation of AI-enhanced SaaS solutions in the federal space, driving measurable efficiency gains while ensuring FedRAMP High compliance.

Previously, as Executive Director and Information Security Risk Officer at Standard Chartered Bank, Christine played a pivotal role in reducing ICS risk across 30 global markets, enhancing cyber resilience, and leading high-impact initiatives aligned with NIST and PCI DSS standards.  She also served as Chief Information Officer at the Federal Communications Commission, where she transformed the agency’s IT and cybersecurity infrastructure, reducing regulatory findings by 80% and cutting O&M spending by over 35%.  

Christine holds a Master’s in Information System Technology from George Washington University and a Bachelor’s in Management Information Systems from Penn State. Recognized among FedScoop’s Top Women in Tech, Christine is known for her strategic vision, technical expertise, and commitment to secure, scalable innovation.
