She leads the development of bold, differentiated narratives that translate complex cybersecurity and AI concepts into clear, actionable value for clients, partners, and policymakers.

With more than a decade of experience in go-to-market strategy, partner ecosystem development, and scaling growth in emerging industries, Celia has built a career turning innovative technologies into market leaders. Prior to US AI, she led strategic marketing initiatives that expanded enterprise market reach and accelerated adoption in highly competitive industries.

Celia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Tennessee. Known for combining creativity with analytical rigor, she is recognized for her ability to design integrated marketing strategies that amplify brand leadership, expand influence, and accelerate market transformation.
