Over a 20-year career at the intersection of technology, law, and strategy, he has advanced a new paradigm that transforms computing from static, rule-based systems into dynamic, self-regulating ecosystems—mirroring the adaptive intelligence of the human nervous system.

As Founder and Chief Executive Officer of US AI, David has positioned the firm as the architect of America’s cybersecurity transformation. Under his leadership, US AI’s platform has delivered measurable impact—empowering federal agencies and commercial enterprises to cut fraud, waste, and abuse by more than 35% and achieve 100%+ ROI through autonomous, AI-powered defense Systems.

David’s unique career trajectory—combining law, business, and technology—underscores his capacity to replatform industries and strengthen America’s digital advantage. He holds a JD from the Antonin Scalia Law School, an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and multiple BS degrees from the University of Maryland in fields including Computer Science, Biochemistry, and Physiology & Neurobiology.

Beyond his leadership at US AI, David is committed to developing the next generation of innovators. He serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Maryland, mentors emerging leaders through the Intelligent Computing Academy, and contributes to his community as a board member for local foundations.
