Founder & Chief Executive Officer

David is a creative thinker and passionate innovator who wants to change the world with great technology. He has over 20 years of extreme innovation experience. David has built an amazing, award-winning company that has made history with clients such as HHS, GSA, and the CDC. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Maryland Technology Council, Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce, Workforce Development Board, and The Community Foundation. He is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of Maryland.

He is a lifelong learner and welcomes new challengers. He holds (1) a Juris Doctorate (JD) from the Antonin Scalia Law School; (2) a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT); and (3) several Bachelor of Sciences (BS) in Computer Science, Biochemistry, and Physiology & Neurobiology from the University of Maryland. Also, he is a Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
